At FN hotelaria we have always dedicated ourselves to developing customized solutions, with projects and equipment really tailored to our client’s needs.
The personalization component is considered in large hotel projects but also can be applied to simpler, smaller equipment. What really matters is that the solution we propose fully meets the client's requirement and is versatile enough to respond to different types of potential uses.
In this context, we present a sushi preparation counter that we recently developed for Savoy Palace.
Fully responding to the client's briefing, this stainless steel counter includes a series of elements that reinforce its functionality.
We immediately highlight the fact that it is made up of 3 parts, each of which is equipped with wheels, to facilitate its transport and use in different areas of the hotel.
But this show cooking counter, with an integrated electrical panel, also includes:
- a medium-sized refrigerated table (4 drawers) for preserving food;
- two ice bins;
- a washing sink, with tap and water supply system (pump, 2 tanks for clean water and dirty water (30 L each), etc.);
- two tilting drawers for waste;
- lower shelves for quick access to utensils;
- two technical compartments with pivoting door.
Our client subsequently applied to this counter the external covering appropriate to the hotel unit’s decoration.
Practicality, functionality and accessibility are the keywords that best describe this type of equipment.
But we don't limit ourselves to show cooking. One of the solutions we suggest is, for example, cocktail stations developed according to the nature of your bar service.
In addition to the features that are most important to you, add the portability component to obtain the maximum potential from this type of equipment.
Our team can help you create the equipment that makes a difference in the day-to-day life of your commercial establishment.
