After an expansion and remodeling period in 2015, this hotel unit combines the original and the contemporary, gathering and displaying the symbols of this northern region of Portugal: the river, the wine and the "filigrana" (a local type of traditional jewelry).
The luxury and sophistication, simultaneously vintage and contemporary, are one of the main distinguishing features of this hotel, which results from the recovery of several buildings of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Thanks to the preservation of its original architecture, the building is already considered a World Heritage site. The hotel has 51 new rooms and a total of 103.
FN hotelaria was once again the company chosen by the Pestana Hotel Group to supply and install the equipment for this hotel unit: kitchen, bar, wine cellar and laundry.
