At the time of its 20th anniversary, in 2018, Oceanário de Lisboa opened a new restaurant.

 

This oceanarium is one of the biggest international references with regard to research on marine biology and oceanography. The restaurant menu developed by chef Kiko Martins seeks to have the least possible environmental impact, being yet another element of public awareness for the protection of the oceans. In addition to the restaurant, a set of kiosks dedicated to food and drinks was also created.

The kitchen, pantry and storage area equipment as well as the kiosks and their equipment were supplied and installed by FN hotelaria.
