FN hotelaria is proud to have been the company responsible for supplying and installing the hotel equipment for JNcQUOI Avenida, namely: cooking zones, where the highlight is the Marrone cooking block, show cooking / open kitchen, preparation areas, bars, wine cellars, pantries, cold rooms and storage area.
Located at Avenida da Liberdade, in Lisbon, JNcQUOI Avenida opened its doors in mid-2017 and has proved to be a tremendous success with Chef António Bóia. Dedicated to classics of Italian, French and Portuguese cuisine, this restaurant belongs to Amorim Luxury Group, the well-known owner of the Fashion Clinic stores. It is precisely the combination of gastronomy, fashion and art of living that sums up the experience provided by JNcQUOI Avenida. This restaurant, inserted in the Tivoli theater building, which decoration is signed by the Catalan architect Lázaro Rosa-Violán, brings together a diverse set of experiences over 3 floors:
- on the middle floor, DeliBar, with a specific menu also signed by António Bóia, surrounded by a wine tasting room and a gourmet grocery store;
- on the top floor, the restaurant itself with an incredible full-scale velociraptor dinosaur in the middle of the room;
- on the lower floor, the Fashion Clinic Man store;
- there is also a space by Assouline and a small “dance floor” with DJ at the weekend!
