Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort

The multiple kitchen spaces (preparation, production, pastry, pantry and storage area), bars (bar, pantry and storage area), cold rooms, show cooking areas, room service, staff refectory and laundry were the object of our intervention.

This resort located on Sal island, has huge areas, including 4 restaurants, casino, spa, swimming pools, gym, convenience store, water sports center, children's club, as well as an event space for 300 participants.

Hilton Cabo Verde represented a challenge of enormous size, complexity and high standard requirements and is a reference in our portfolio.
