Enotel Santo da Serra Hotel

This hotel unit, which occupies a historic building, reopened on April 22, 2024 and now holds 4 stars. The renovation was carried out with the aim of respecting local tradition, maintaining harmony with nature and providing an experience of comfort, balance and tranquility.

It offers 68 rooms, a bar and a restaurant, a heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. In addition to being close to the island's nature trails and activities such as golf, this hotel also allows guests to take part in the work in the organic vegetable garden or in the work with the farm animals.

FN hotelaria had a double role in the renovation process of Enotel Santo da Serra.

Regarding heating, ventilation and air conditioning, it was the company responsible for the execution of the mechanical installations for HVAC and production of hot water, namely:
- air conditioning for the rooms;
- ventilation for the kitchen, staff refectory and other technical areas;
- thermal power station for production of hot water and heating of the swimming pool.

At the same time, FN hotelaria was responsible for the supply and installation of hotel equipment: refrigerating plants, cold rooms and equipment for the kitchen areas (production, pastry and pantry), bar, buffet and show cooking.

From this project, we highlight the concern regarding the work of reusing existing materials and equipment that was still in operation, with the appropriate rehabilitation and readaptation, as well as the redefinition of areas and circuits integrated in a building with a historical character that was essential to preserve.
