Enotel Lido Madeira Resort

In addition to the supply and installation of varied hotel equipment for kitchen, buffet, bar and laundry, FN hotelaria has been providing its maintenance and technical assistance services to Enotel Lido over the years.

But this hotel has been the subject of our monitoring especially in terms of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), in recent years, with multiple interventions to improve facilities, of which we highlight:
- in 2017, the supply and installation of the chilled water piping network;
- between 2017 and 2018, the replacement of the HVAC piping;
- in 2018, the installation of the extraction fan for the hoods in the Italian restaurant;
- in 2019, the replacement of boilers in the thermal power station.

However, it was between 2020 and 2021, as part of the hotel unit’s general renovation, that a deeper and more comprehensive work took place in terms of the rehabilitation of the mechanical HVAC installations at Enotel Lido, which covered the different floors and areas. The renovation of the entire system, the replacement of pipes and equipment, the renovation of the HVAC thermal power stations and sanitary hot water production and the centralized technical management system were the main aspects of our intervention.
