Dilectus

The equipment for kitchen (preparation, production and pantry), bar and cold rooms was supplied and installed by FN hotelaria. FN hotelaria was also responsible for the supply and installation of the building’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC):

• air conditioning for rooms and public areas;
• ventilation for kitchen, laundry and public areas;
• thermal power station for the production of hot water.

Dilectus Assisted Residence has a maximum capacity for 80 people and includes a variety of areas and services designed to welcome its guests with a premium service such as: 45 rooms, restaurant, living rooms, garage, pool, permanent medical assistance, hairdresser, etc.
