'Eat the world' in Lisbon by Kiko Martins

FN hotelaria has been collaborating with Chef Kiko Martins' many projects, at the most varied levels of its areas of intervention.

O Asiático

After the success achieved with the restaurants O Talho and A Cevicheria, his latest project is O Asiático, in Bairro Alto, Lisbon (Rua da Rosa, 317).

It is a space that represents once again the spirit of the work of this 'traveling chef', who now offers the public a gastronomic trip to Nepal and Japan.

However, despite the predominance of oriental flavors, the national products are not forgotten in this multicultural restaurant.

The equipment for kitchen (preparation and production), pantries, bars and storage rooms has been supplied and installed by FN hotelaria.

A Sala

A Sala consists of a more intimate space when compared to the other restaurants with Chef Kiko Martins' signature, where he cooks for customers often alongside with other invited chefs.

The activity of this space, in Rua da Escola Politécnica, is limited to dinners and prior appointment. The Chef's goal with this concept is to get back to the closest contact with customers.

But the great innovation of this restaurant is to have a laboratory where the flavors are developed until they are ready for presentation.

For this space, the collaboration of FN hotelaria was focused on the supply and installation of kitchen equipment (production, finishing and laboratory), pantry and show cooking.

O Talho e A Cevicheria

Operating since 2013 at Rua Carlos Testa in Lisbon, O Talho is a restaurant with meat as its central theme, an element from which the various cuisines of the world are explored. In Chef Kiko Martins' words, it is "a butchery with a kitchen, dedicated to the knowledge and gastronomic perfection of the meat", with a laboratory kitchen "[...] where one investigates, tests, creates and discovers new ways of savoring and cooking meat".

A Chevicheria exists since 2014 near the Praça do Príncipe Real, which is therefore close to the new O Asiático. It is another area of multiculturalism, which combines the South American tradition - Ceviche and Pisco Sour - with the Portuguese, Asian and tropical flavors, making this restaurant a space for sharing, whose central axes are the ambience, the service and the Pub.

FN hotelaria's collaboration with O Talho and with A Cevicheria has been concentrated in the maintenance and technical assistance services.
