Hotel refurbishments and renovations are extremely important after reaching a certain stage of the product life cycle in order to perform the inevitable improvements or to introduce some innovation, from the architectural point of view, decoration or even to offer new services. The repositioning of the offer can be a breath of fresh air for the image of hotel units.

That's what happened recently with the Praia Verde Boutique Hotel. Located in Castro Marim (Faro), with a successful route, for example as a member of Design Hotels and as the Best Boutique Hotel in Portugal in 2015 (Portugal Travel Awards), Praia Verde reopened earlier this summer with a new floor, which doubled its accomodation capacity, and improvement of some areas and services. The ultimate goal, as in any process of remodeling, was to improve customer service quality.

Praia Verde Boutique Hotel is under the aegis of DHM - Discovery Hotel Management, a company that promotes the existence of a differentiated experience in each of its units, focusing simultaneously on the local roots of the hotels and the promotion of regional products. This connection is precisely what we can expect to find in the restaurant "À Terra", under the baton of chef David Domingues.

FN hotelaria has been chosen by DHM to supply and install the equipment for kitchen, pantry, bar, show cooking and cold rooms of Praia Verde Boutique Hotel.
