Fora d’Oras opened in October 2019 in the tourist area of Funchal. Good taste, creativity, good mood and “a hint of harmony”* are the main ingredients of this restaurant. Its proposal is to present “Portuguese gastronomy in a creative and innovative way”**.
It consists of a project of “two brothers with a passion for Portuguese cuisine”**. This is the feeling that Frederico Rosa Gomes, who leads the kitchen, and Rodrigo Rosa Gomes intend to see reflected in the gastronomic offer, but also in the environment, in the careful choice of ingredients and flavors.
In addition to the restaurant, there is also a gastrobar where, for example, excellent cocktails are served.
The equipment for kitchen, pantry and bar was supplied and installed by FN hotelaria. We were also in charge of the execution of mechanical installations of ventilation for the kitchen and pantry.
